Please be aware that we will be attaching notes to your child's sign-in sheet this week.
State licensing requires the full information for an "out of state/area contact person": (name, physical address, phone, city, state). These will be attached to your children's registration sheets and placed in their files.
These information cards will need to be filled out completely and returned to Isabel or Tessa by the beginning of next week (April 11-15).
